We engaged Turn Source to digitize accounting and corporate records dating back to 2022 across 11 entities. This was my first time managing a records digitization project, and the experience was smooth from start to finish.We selected Turn Source because their proposal addressed not only the scope of work, but also quality control and confidentiality, which were very important considerations for our records. John was responsive, transparent, and easy to work with throughout the process.The team picked up 14 boxes from our Westwood office, scanned, indexed, OCR processed, reassembled, and returned them in about two weeks. We also appreciated being upgraded to color scanning, which improved the quality and usability of the digital records. Everything was completed as communicated and on schedule.As a new customer, we also appreciated being extended payment terms rather than requiring immediate payment. Overall, it was a well-managed project, and we would gladly engage Turn Source again in the future.

The scanning service was fast, private and accurate. They handled documents quickly and made organizing files much easier with OCR reader feature. They include pick up and drop off in Los Angeles County.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on many variables; We will need to ask some questions about each individual project before we can price it out, so please be patient in this process.
We really wish our service were easier to price, if we could post a pricing system on our website we would.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically process is a consultation over the phone, and email.
Then a written estimate, with a scope of work.
Once approved we can pick-up the project and add it to queue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
