Assessment and Goal Setting- In our first session together, I'll conduct an assessment to evaluate your current fitness level, posture, flexibility, and any limitations or injuries. Designing a Program- Using the gathered information, I'll create a tailored Pilates program that suits your goals, preferences, and any specific requirements. One-on-One Sessions- Our sessions will be conducted on a one-on-one basis, allowing for individualized attention and guidance.
