Zakhar was amazing! He messaged within minutes of my posting on Thumbtack and was at my house replacing my garbage disposal in less than an hour from the moment I posted. He finished cleanly and very quickly and was helpful in helping me understand the process.
Furthermore, I asked him afterwards to look at a heating problem in our water system that has been bothering us and confusing other plumbers for years and he graciously obliged and fixed it within minutes!!
Zakhar genuinely seems concerned about the quality of our plumbing system and is caring in his work! Thank you for everything Zakhar!

Zakhar did an excellent job diagnosing the toilet water flow issue and fixing it in a timely manner. I have seen other providers throw blind estimates at you, offering to order the parts for a whole new toilet without even seeing it. Not the case here. I appreciate his professional approach.
