- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always send inspiration and mood boards so we have the aesthetic nailed down before the shoot. I make sure to send a Run of Show sheet which really breaks down the entire shoot (outfits, location, phone numbers, etc.). I schedule calls right before the shoot to go over anything regarding the shoot. And then we make the shoot fun!
