- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different packages depending on how many hours they need me. Also, I charge for extra images that are not included in the package. In addition, I charge a traveling fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call to get to know each other. Then I send an email or text message confirming the date and time of the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Photography. I also have a second degree in fashion styling. And I've worked in studios and been an assistant photographer.
