FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I will get in touch to gather more information and to make sure I clearly understand your objectives and guidelines. At this stage it's helpful to see any inspirational images you can share and often I can design a shoot to create something very similar if needed. Once the concept is clear I can suggest locations or a studio, unless you already have a venue in mind. I can also arrange makeup/hair pros if needed. Timing is then agreed and I will prep everything accordingly so that the shoot runs smoothly. We will communicate closely throughout the shoot and I will show you images along the way to make sure you're getting what you need. Once we've wrapped I will upload and review all the images and share the previews (usually hundreds) from which you select your favorites (the exact amount depends on your package but any extras can be bought for a small extra charge). Previews are usually shared via wetransfer or dropbox within 24-48hrs of the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I go to seminars, read books from people I admire, and I'm constantly doing research online to keep my skills up to date and seek inspiration.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types including executives, actors, models, dancers, musicians, artists, families, pets, athletes - from absolute beginners to seasoned professionals. We love working with everyone!
