Hugo Rodriguez is the property manager for my two investment properties in Los Angeles. Due to poor selection of tenants and poor follow ups by previous property management firm, Hugo had to re-establish control of the tenants, reset expectations and oversee the many repairs required. He also rented units to better tenants after ensuring their full refresh. Hugo delivers all those services with a high professionalism and very efficient communications.
