Our pricing is upfront and flat rate. We provide discounts to senior citizens and military personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making the initial contact via phone or email, a Right Time Rooter technician makes an appointment to go the location. An assessment of the need is made, potential solutions are given then, pricing and length of time are discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With my years of experience has given me the best possible training there is in the business. I have been training in some of the state of the art new products such as pipe bursting, to liners, to leak detection. I have successfully participated in seminars on customer service; personal development, leadership, and how to deal with clients that are upset and turn them into raving fans.
