If Thumbtack allowed, I would have rated high marks in all five areas, including punctuality and value. This company really scores high in all areas. Extremely professional. Cleaned up after themselves and maintained cleanliness throughout the process. Their price was reasonable. They communicated with me when they were on their way and during the plumbing repair process. I would definitely hire them again.

Hire these guys! I got a DWP notice suspecting a leak because my water usage was unusually high. I looked at reviews and reached out to Right Time. They responded right away with a next day inspection and found the source (an underground leak in the pipe leading to the street). They promptly fixed it that week, wrapping the new copper pipes and putting my lawn back together same day. Even though there was a slight hiccup the next day with a valve that had worked loose during install, they responded right away - 6am to inspect and everything back to normal in just a couple hours. You can tell a good business with how they manage the occasional bump and they managed it flawlessly. Thank you Right Time!

I had such a great experience with RTR! When I called to schedule my service (kitchen faucet install) I was greeted in such a friendly tone and the process of scheduling was quick and easy. There was a small scheduling conflict that had to be worked out later in the evening, but the communication was fantastic and I was kept informed every step of the way. The techs who came out were friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done fast and well. Plus, the price was right and there were no surprise extra costs at the end. I will definitely be using Right Time Rooter and Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

Anthony was beyond kind and professional, came on a Sunday to fix and issue with our washer and dryer, install a new gas line, and move the fixtures to different parts of our garage. Our pricing is upfront and flat rate. We provide discounts to senior citizens and military personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making the initial contact via phone or email, a Right Time Rooter technician makes an appointment to go the location. An assessment of the need is made, potential solutions are given then, pricing and length of time are discussed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With my years of experience has given me the best possible training there is in the business. I have been training in some of the state of the art new products such as pipe bursting, to liners, to leak detection. I have successfully participated in seminars on customer service; personal development, leadership, and how to deal with clients that are upset and turn them into raving fans.
