CSI security was very responsive after discovering 2 sensors were placed where the summer window screen needed to go. They sent a great tech named Erix, who was professional, speedy, thorough and most importantly - polite and friendly! It probably helped that he recently moved to LA from the Midwest. Hopefully hell keep his personable and friendly personality! Thank you so much!
