Introduction: Looking for martial arts students of all experience levels and backgrounds for private, semi-private, and small group classes in a comfortable informal environment.
Over 30 years of experience as a student and instructor of numerous martial arts styles and disciplines, including:
•Filipino martial arts: Kali, Eskrima, Arnis, and Panantukan
•Jeet Kun Do & Wing Chun Kung Fu, Tae Kwan Do
•Boxing, Kickboxong, Grappling/jujutsu
•Empty Hands and numerous weapons
Specializing in effective martial arts with practical applications, focusing on counter offense concepts aggregated from numerous martial arts.
Classes every Sunday 11am to 1pm with flexible hours. Classes include students of all backgrounds and experience levels.
Facilities includes a large mat, warm-up area, heavy bag, changing rooms, restroom, and showers.

Laurent is a natural teacher. He’s incredibly knowledgeable. He’s one of the rarest instructors of martial arts. He’s patient, and meets each student where they are at. Other martial arts instructors i’ve worked with has big egos that really made training miserable. It’s a relief to find Laurent, who has both the skills and the proper love of sharing the craft. He’s great. I would bring any of my friends - men or women- to train with him.

Laurent is among the most talented martial artists that I have ever trained with. He is armed with an almost inexhaustible knowledge of martial arts, and possesses a true talent as an instructor. His years of dedication to martial arts are clearly evident.
