They responded to my request very fast! Compared to others I've spoken with on thumbtack, I would have to say these guys were very professional and organized. Other vendors felt a bit unstructured and mediocre

I have been using Twelverays for a little over six months now. The team is always available to help with any issue that may occur, and is quick to provide suggestions when needed. They are very knowledgeable about PPC and take the time to understand my business needs in order to create strategies that make sense. I'm a very happy customer of theirs!

They contacted me back with their new site wide pricing adjustment. I have to say it's very competitive with other vendors i've interviewed. One thing they made me realize is that there are some vendors that outsources offshore, which is the reason why you get what you pay for. I was able to meet their specialist live via zoom, which gave me more confidence that this isn't some sort of outsource company.

We don't lock in our clients with yearly or long-term commitments. Our plans are month-to-month, with 30 days cancellation policy.

Our process is a discovery call to gather your needs. Then, we schedule a consulting call to propose your solution. Then once everything is agreed upon, we schedule an onboarding call to formally onboard you.
