Eva was wonderful to work with, so quick to respond and answer all questions. The day before the event I had to change the timing and she was very obliging. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are pretty much in line (or a small bit lower) than the industry standard. I provide 20% discounts to returning clients who have referred a new client, or if they have written a review.
For parties, I require a 50% deposit to secure the date.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sometimes Tarot can feel scary to new clients, so I always go into great detail about how it works & what to expect. During & after the reading, I will encourage my client to ask many questions & make sure that they feel comfortable with their reading & with any information presented.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a professional certification from the Biddy Tarot Certification Program in 2018.
