What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sliding scale from $50. to $125. Plus I take some insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial session is complimentary. We talk on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour. That helps the person get a sense of what it is like to use the phone for therapy and counseling and to get a sense of who I am.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and am a candidate with a PHD in Counseling Psychology. I am constantly taking Continuing Education Units, 60 every 2 years in order to keep my Marriage and Family Therapist License current.
