David and his team at Pinnacle Builders were excellent to work with. I plan on using them for my next major renovations. I had them lay tile in my kitchen and bathroom as well as fix the shower and bathtub backsplash. They gave fair pricing estimates and any discrepancies between the quote and what was done were communicated before any work was performed. I can’t wait to work with them in the future.

We hired Pinnacle Builders to retile a small shower and they were one of the only contractors that responded to our job, due to the small size of the project, their price was reasonable and within budget. David was courteous and responsive throughout the entire project, making sure to explain the details along the way. The project took longer than expected, and there were some bumps in the road, but we understand that life happens and that our bathroom had a lot of small issues that were not immediately recognizable. David made sure to personally address issues as they arose and made sure we were happy with the result. We are satisfied with our decision to hire Pinnacle Builders and would likely hire them again.

David from Pinnacle Builders is a class act person. My belief with dealing with people is to form a partnership based on your word and your work. David did both of these things on my checklist. We agreed to the work and found a price that was comfortable for us both. He then followed up with completing the work at my home that was even better than expectations. I would recommend that anybody that wants care, precision and trustworthiness to call up Pinnacle. I would advise potential clients to speak with Pinnacle , be clear on what work you want done , agree to a price and enjoy the service and great work they provide.

David has done such an incredible job with my kitchen backsplash! I’d had two contractors previously ghost me because they didn’t want to make time in their schedules for just a backsplash project, but David was responsive and prompt. His quote was very reasonable, and he’s been super considerate throughout the process, checking in with me regularly to make sure I’m satisfied and for feedback. He’s been so patient, and has even stayed overtime to make sure the work is done well. My house is old and nothing is symmetrical or even, and he’s put in extra time and effort to make the tiles blend well given the inconsistencies in the measurements of my space. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor, and will use him again on future projects!! (The photos attached are progress shots)
