Be sure that you and the professional have clearly explained and understood what each can expect in terms of costs, services delivered and deadlines. I make sure that the client clearly understands what they can expect in terms of a finished product and when it will be completed. I also confirm with a client exactly what the message, look and feel of video should be before we begin production. While often times we will agree to creative changes in the process, making it up as you go is a really bad idea.
