Rarely am I ever speechless! Yet watching the promotional video Javon curated for my wellness design firm was a whole experience for me. He is exceptional at his craft! On the day he arrived at the project, I gave him the vision, and he ran with it. His eyes lit up with excitement, and he said "ok let me get my other light out of the car." It was obvious to me that he was passionate about what he does, and he made me feel that I was heard and he cared. This young man has excellent customer service skills. He is very talented, professional, and worth every dime. He helped me convey my brand message through an incredible 4-minute promotional video. I would recommend hiring him to family and friends. Jovan was a pleasure to work with. My project was two videos I had already made that needed to be edited. I hired Jovan to edit, add some music and put in a Introduction, he also put in a disclaimer and a few captions. The job was well done, Everyone that have reviewed it gave all thumbs up. He remained professional at all times, giving me good advice and making necessary recommendations. He always responded to me in a timely manner, sometimes just to say I am with a client and will call you shortly. This meant a lot. I consider my time valuable too. He gave me that respect.This was new to me, I knew nothing about videos and not a lot about the features on these new cell phones. The experience I got from this project has been life changing. Screenshots, thumbnails meant nothing to me before this project. Now I have watched videos and fell confident I can see my project to it's completion.Jovan encouraged me and offered to assist me in any way he could. I come away from this experience being reassured that it is okay to be yourself, we each are unique and different in our own ways and as for me, keep it genuine, just be real and everything will be okay. I thank this young man who not only helped me with my videos but propelled me into helping others with my videos and not to worry about the little things in life. It is so easy to get tied up into looks and what we think we should look like in front of the camera . Asked for my logo to be updated, the pro texted me and never replied to follow up. Unprofessional and would not recommend. I needed business cards for an event and he could not deliver.
