Over the last two months, I 've had the pleasure to work with Mr. Allen Breiter of breitercreative to design a branding concept for my start-up business. I have to say that the experience has been outstanding. Allen is an incredible graphic designer and there is no doubt about his impeccable artistic abilities. Aside from his graphical talents, what impressed me the most about Allen was his professionalism, honesty and integrity. He's a personable individual who is easy to communicate with and truly understands and grasps your ideas that you want to portray as your business identity...He gets it! He walks you through each process/phase of the project and ensures that all parties involved are on the same sheet of music. If you are looking for a graphic designer with the experience and exceptional graphical talents, I would highly recommend Allen and his staff. I tasked Allen and his team with a substantial and time-intensive project starting February 2018; the majority of the year I felt like their number one client. There were several phone conversations, online presentations, and emails to make sure we tackled this project as a cohesive unit. Allen and his team were extremely thorough and performed research to make sure the final product would blow me away; it did! The final design leaves me with smile every time I look at it. Towards the end of the year, with holidays, life events, and dwindling enthusiasm on both sides, communication started to wane and there were some issues getting to the final product in February 2019 that likely could have been avoided - for that reason I've deducted one star. In hindsight, I believe Allen and I discovered how to handle this project more efficiently should we ever tackle something like this again in the future. Overall, I believe Allen has a unique eye and can tackle the marketing & advertising angle from an artistic perspective. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our Brand Development Methodology We apply a proven brand definition methodology to build a unique, compelling brand for your organization. Phase I: Facilitate Brand Workshop We meet with you and selected internal stakeholders to come to an understanding on what your brand is and also to learn more about your organization. This facilitated session helps identify your key target audiences, perceptions of current brand name and identity, current market position, customer decision-making factors and more. At the end of this session, we will have collected key internal perceptions that will shape your brand identity and will create a summary report of our findings for you. Phase II: Perform Market Research After securing your insight, we validate your brand perceptions via market research. We gain input from your customers either via a widely distributed survey and/or one-on-one interviews and compile results into a report for your review. We also evaluate key competitors brand positioning to ensure your brand platform is distinctive. Phase III: Develop Alternative Creative Approaches Once internal and external research is complete, we summarize our findings in a creative brief for your approval. When finalized, our creative design and messaging teams go to work. We prepare a minimum of two different creative directions for you to evaluate including theming, messaging, color schemes, imagery, photography, etc. We deliver these approaches for your review. If desired, we can conduct a second survey to market-test the various creative approaches to secure external perspective and present results to you. Whichever path you choose you are the final decision-maker in choosing the messaging and visual identity that is right for your company. Phase IV: Implement On-Brand Marketing Communications After youve selected your creative direction, we deliver a brand visual identity and messaging guide to facilitate brand roll-out in all your communications materials. We can collaborate with you to prioritize implementation of your brand in your corporate communications, deliver brand-compliant designs for various vehicles or take on creation of any or all of your communications materials.
