- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard package prices to give customers a general idea of how much things cost. That said, we provide custom quotes to all potential clients which includes a timeline, proposed sitemap and strategy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) We begin with an initial consultation, either over the phone or in person, to learn everything we can about your business, your goals and what types of services you need. 2.) We create and send a detailed proposal which includes an outline with service details and timeline. 3.) If you are happy with the proposal, we will begin the work. For basic websites we begin with a design which takes about 1 week. Then we start programming, which takes about 1-2 weeks, during which time we present pages and get your feedback. 4.) Once the site is complete, we offer 30 days of free tech support (or six hours) to help you get up and running.
