- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know as much as I can about the project, my client's needs and the target audience, that's why I start with questions. Then I design graphics to show the client and get feedback, then I perfect it to my client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
as much as I'm an autodidact when it comes to design, I have a BA in communications & management. Since I worked as a marketer for so long with big and small clients I know what people want to pay for and how to package it for them so they will open their wallet. This is something most designers don't have marketing knowledge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
when I was still in marketing I had to use my creativity every day all day and I noticed a lot of times I'm sitting with the designers managing the whole design process. Then I decided I should know how to do it myself and here I am.
