This was a terrible experience. I felt like I got ripped off. I paid the deposit, after she took the money, she was not responsive, did not meet any of the contract terms, had excuses. When we would meet, the website I paid her to design looked as if she had just completed the task the day of the meetings. Never fully completed. I was doing this as a gift for a friend. He no longer wanted to use her services due to the multiple delays. So just lost $900. She never even had the courtesy to respond after he decided not to move forward with her services. Did not apologize, acknowledge the email, or offer to fix it. Just kept my deposit and moved on. If I could give her negative stars I would. DO NOT USE HER, I was scammed. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your comments. Let’s be clear about a few things: 1) your non-refundable deposit was fully refunded. 2) The original scope of the website was a gallery page. Then, you and your friend wanted to change to an e-commerce store. 3) The delays in production are from your delays in getting appropriate content (high res image) for the website to me. Design is an iterative experience and I pride myself in working with my clients to a common goal. In this case, there was no common goal. Considering that I refunded your deposit after many weeks of working on your project, your comments are inaccurate and unfair. I apologize our experience did not meet your expectations.
