Introduction: I have years of experience with a variety of clients. My clients range in age and size.I have trained clients with medical conditions and pregnant women. I don't use fat burn pills or protein shakes. I am very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition I don't use cardiovascular machines, running or jumping for any work out. I focus on strength and resistance. I am passionate about saving lives through proper nutrition and exercise.

I first met Andrea in December 2006. I'm 5'3 and weighed 140lbs at that time. I began training with her and followed her nutrition advice and was honest with her, " I ate Jack in the Box at 2am after the club!" And she'd tell me it wasn't the end of the world and we'd train even harder. She motivated and encouraged me during our training sessions. She does not give up on her clients! She never left me by myself and she always came up with a variety of exercises that were challenging and fun. I reached my goal, I got to 124lbs and my body fat was in the 20%-22% range. What I love about Andrea is that she taught me to be patient when it came to seeing results. I wanted to lose weight fast, and she told me it's possible to kill yourself in the gym and lose weight fast, but that's not the ideal way to see and keep permanent results. It's now 7 years, going on 8 since I first trained with Andrea. Life happened and I moved a year ago. I wish I was closer to her so I can train regularly. Since I'm more than 50 miles away, I make appointments to see her about once a month where she takes my measurements, body fat %, and reviews what I've been doing: nutrition,exercise, etc. She is such an encouraging person and loves teaching her clients about nutrition, proper form when exercising, and accountability. I highly recommend Andrea to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable trainer who will give you results. All you have to do is show up, and do your part.

I trained with Andrea a few years ago and was beyond happy with the results. I lost weight, inches, and dropped body fat. I maintained my size and weight for about three years after I finished training. Recently, things have gotten crazy for me in my line of work. I have gone months without working out and was eating on the go. I began to train with Andrea again. She is my biggest cheerleader. I've trained about 4 times with her since I don't live close to her studio. She always has a smile on her face. I check in while she asks me what types of workouts I've been doing, how often, and what types of food I'm eating. She's genuine, friendly, and knows so much! She has given me results in the past and I can't wait to see results again. What I love about Andrea is that she also teaches me workouts I can do at home since I can't train with her as often as I'd like. I highly recommend Andrea!

I am 52 years young. I started working out with Andrea several months ago. I have issues with my back, shoulder and wrist at times. During our work out session when I told her I was in pain, she would stop the exercise and come up with something different. It was fun and never boring. I've had to stop for a few months due to personal issues, but I plan on hiring her back within the next few weeks. She not only works you out she educates on the correct way to eat. I love it. I am learning to eat healthier and I can't wait to have her back to train me. Working out has never been fun for me before Andrea. I love her positive attitude, not pushing to the point of pain, and understanding the mature body. :) Can't wait to get going again!

I have been training with Andrea on and off, and now back on again. She has been excellent with getting my body how I want it. The first time I went from 165 lbs to 175 lbs, 10 lbs of muscle with a body fat of 10%. Then as most guys, I figured I could do if myself. It went OK for about a week. Then without the motivation, 1 day off turned to a week, which turned to a month, then to whenever I could and that wasn't to often. From that 175 I went to 210 and that's what laziness does. But thankfully Andrea wad still there to pick me back up. After only 1 month I went down to 190 and I learned from her the big part was my eating ands the way I was working out. Now with her help I'm back on track and getting ball the body I thought I lost. Thanks Andrea couldn't have done it workout you.
