My years as a wedding and lifestyle photographer have given me a keen eye, deep professionalism and creativity. I shoot in cities ranging from the Monterey Bay Area to Santa Cruz and surrounding areas, as well as the South Bay (Los Gatos, San Jose, Marin County, San Francisco and Mill Valley), and the East and North Bay (Fremont, Oakland, Berkeley, Napa and Wine County).

Despite taking professional photos before, my husband and I were seriously unprepared for the chaos of a photoshoot with a 7 month old. Allan, an immaculate professional and a parent himself, put our minds at ease and got us into the flow of photos. Walking away from the shoot, I was unsure of how well these photos with a wiggly baby would turn out. With Allan’s skilled eye and guidance, the photo results we received were stunning. Our baby boy was perfectly captured- smiling and looking at the camera in practically every photo (any parent will know what a monumental feat that is, so that should really speak volumes about Allen’s capabilities as a photographer). My husband and I could not be more thrilled. Additionally, the turnaround time was impressive, with the photos coming back quickly enough for me to turn them into holiday cards. Allan did an amazing job capturing the precious moments of our wedding day. He had a great eye for choosing beautiful spots and backgrounds. He guided us through poses in a way that felt completely natural, helping us look our best while still keeping everything relaxed and authentic. I love to meet, if not, a phone call would be great. Followed by an email to detail everything. Relationship is key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I shoot at a ton of nonprofits, so I tend to understand the nuances of events and filling a need.
