- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, basically, if you are purchasing items, the design fee is included. If you are strictly seeking guidance then consultation is hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would schedule a time to meet, either at the client's home, or a my office if we are reviewing plans. We would discuss the project, as well as, my client's preferences and wish list. I would then prepare a presentation for our next meeting, which we would discuss and refine, and implement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, but since I am state certified, I am required to take continuous education classes to maintain my license. I think it is an excellent way to stay current with the ever changing field of design.
