Antolin and team are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! They have expertise in every aspect of construction, from basic repairs to home design and building. They are highly pro-active, very responsible with the work schedule and complete the task on time with supreme quality. We were stunned at the speed with which they turned the house around!Antolin has commendable integrity and we trust him 100% to choose the best and most economic options for the materials and decors. He is also very organized and is always on top of things.Antolin, Nancy and team are very friendly, the nicest people and we had so much fun working with them. I think this is one of the most impressive qualities of Imagine Unique Construction. Last year I remodeled my home which was built in 1952 and perhaps in very poor condition. Antolin and team did fantastic job in every aspect of my home remodeling and expansion starting from plumbing to insulating existing walls to complete new electrification, flooring, roofing, Patio designing to garage reconstruction. They did awesome job in building three new bath rooms, and 600 sq ft of new expansion. Every one who visited my home praised the work and detailing that Antolin and his team performed. Antolin excelled every area of construction. More than everything Antolin is very nice human being who feel the work as his personal work and dedicate his 100% energy in completing the work. Thank you Antolin!! You are awesome!!

Great job! Thanks Antolin and crew.Purchased my second house on ideal location but needed a lot of upgrades my friend highly recommended Antolin for my project so I decided to go with him.All I can say is that Im very pleased with the work his company did, from demolishing and old detached garage in the backyard to help me decide what was best on materials, aesthetics, city codes always giving me options and listening to my ideas of what I wanted he really knows everything there is to know, my wife loves our new bathroom and the kitchen look just like those we see on home improvement magazines and I love my soundproof master bedroom as I live right next to a noisy, busy street.Five stars well deserved

Antolin and Nancy helped me with partial remodeling of my master bedroom plus other minor work in the house. As their worker had a shoulder injury, he could not get the ceiling finish right despite several tries. Antolin knew I was not happy with that. Before I even complained about it, he offered to get an outside expert craftsman to completely redo the ceiling for me at no extra charge. That proves how serious he is about delivering high quality work for his customers.He and Nancy are hard working honest couple focused on building their business. Whatever I asked them to do, they always said no problem with a smile. Unlike some contractors that disappeared immediately after you paid them, Antolin always come back to help me finish other small touch ups when I called. He keeps his promises!

Antolin and his Team are highly recommended by me and many of my Realtor colleagues. Im a Realtor in Silicon Valley and hired Imagine Unique Construction for my own home remodeling project.
