- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
California notarial fees: * Acknowledgments: $15 per signature * Jurats: $15 per signer, per jurat * Standalone oaths or affirmations: $15 per person Mobile travel fees: * Local appointments: $45 flat travel fee for Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell, and Central/West San Jose * Extended travel or special appointments: Quoted individually based on location, timing, and availability Travel fees are separate from notarial fees and are always discussed and agreed upon before confirming an appointment. Certain notarial services are provided at no charge when required by California law. My goal is to provide convenient, professional service with clear expectations from the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to make the booking process simple, convenient, and transparent from start to finish! 1. Submit an Appointment Request: Start by completing the appointment request form on my website. This helps me gather the initial details about your notary needs, preferred location, and scheduling availability. 2. Review & Personalized Quote: Iโll review your request and follow up to clarify any additional details needed. Youโll receive an upfront quote outlining the applicable notarial and mobile travel fees. 3. Confirm Your Appointment: Once weโve agreed on the details and pricing, Iโll confirm your appointment and provide instructions on what to have ready, including acceptable identification and your documents. 4. Meet & Notarize: Iโll meet you at our agreed-upon location, verify identification, perform the required notarial procedures, and complete the appropriate notarial certificates. My goal is to provide a smooth, professional experience with clear communication, convenient scheduling, and no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned California Notary Public and hold an active California Real Estate Salesperson License, with over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley commercial real estate. My professional background includes property management, lease negotiations, contract administration, financial documentation, and client relationships. Throughout my career, Iโve worked extensively with confidential information, important documents, and time-sensitive transactions. Combined with my California notary education and commissioning requirements, this experience has reinforced the importance of accuracy, discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
