- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very low only because I am still young and learning and I’m not saying that because I not good at what I do but because I still want to build my business and I’d rather learn with the experience then charge someone excessively
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a brief conversation with the customer on what their dog doesn’t like or what they bark at if they’re good with leashes because that can help the dog and I have a better experience as for dog grooming id ask if there’s anything in particular they want or extra services they’re looking and if the dog doesn’t like being handled in a particular way which would be really helpful
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I do not have any certifications of making me a dog groomer I did learn hands on very quickly I got the hang of it because I did see a lot of videos and read so many books. When it comes to dog walking I grew up around dogs I took care of a lot of dogs as a kid and walked a lot of them I learned their body language and go off of that to keep the dog and myself protected
