The complex nature of this project required extensive documentation developed over a 3-year project schedule. In the early stages of the project, Mr. Jordan recognized that a suite of documents would be needed to support system installation, operation, administration and sustainment. He designed, outlined and delivered a five-volume set of technical manuals to meet these objectives and satisfy the project’s unusual requirements. During the design and integration phase of the project, Mr. Jordan worked extensively with project engineers to capture, organize and validate the data needed. He organized the content into an easily-referenced documentation suite that totaled over 2,000 pages of text, diagrams, tables, and images.
