Introduction: Life Coaching is the art of causing breakthroughs by uncovering new awarenesses and insights about you and your life. Like many other certified coaches, I have great skill and phenomenal tools to accomplish this. UNLIKE many other coaches, I ALSO have another giant toolbox of tools for YOU to use after your new awarenesses and insights are uncovered. Coaches have this wonderful way of motivating you, helping you outline your plan of action and holding you accountable to taking those actions. On top of those wonderful ways, I can provide you with techniques, information, and various tools to get what you want faster, easier and more powerfully. In conjunction with my CPC Life Coaching Certification, I also have a Certification as an NLP Practitioner, a Landmark Graduate, and hundreds of hours of education through PAX, Double Your Dating, Center for Positive Sexuality, Helen Fisher, and more, around Relationships, Men, Women, Masculinity, Femininity, the Human Mind, and Sexuality. Through all of this education, I have learned and formulated many tools for you to use to be successful in your relationships and in your life. I LOVE being an integral part in someone's transformation. I LOVE being a helpful tool in someone acquiring the things they want out of life. Most of all, I LOVE helping people bring more love into their lives; whether that's love for themselves or love from others. I get so excited when people have breakthroughs during our conversations. Knowing that I can cause a person to feel more love and happiness makes ME feel loved and happy :)

AG is a relationship expert! I personally trust no one else with my sensitive topics about love and communication. Coaching is NOT therapy and Coach AG does a wonderful job at defining the two. She creates a welcoming environment for my partner and I to openly express our thoughts about our love life, friendship and overall happiness levels with each other. My love life has flourished and the relationship with my employees has also improved; thanks to her encouraging communication techniques. I would recommend AG's Relationship and Sexuality coaching to individuals who have skepticism about life coaches and relationship gurus; her expertise will set even the shyest and most obstinate communicator at ease.

Adriana is an amazing person with an unusual insight when it comes to communication between two people, especially between a man and a woman. She is more open minded and accepting of people than anyone I have ever met in my life, and several times have brought me to the reality of where my own "open minded" limitations are. It is a gift to have the ability to listen like she does, and courage to point out weaknesses when necessary for their own benefit... She really is amazing and has given me a new understanding of how people can benefit from life & relationship coaching.

Adriana, for the lack of a better phrase, saved my relationship. I have been in a lull for over a year, and reached out to a life coach in what I felt like was an attempt of desperation. Initial 30 min consultation is FREE! Within the consultation, we will workout the price and payment option that works best for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always! I spend many hours every week listening to, watching and reading new articles, videos, and books about coaching, relationships, men, women, masculinity, femininity, attraction, personality, etc. I take new workshops, courses, and classes every month. I also organize meetups with fellow coaches and experts to trade secrets, philosophize, talk about what works and what doesn't work, and share experiences in our fields.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a Life Coach, ask yourself: What does my life look like right now? and What do I want my life to look like? By becoming clear about your vision in life, it will help you become clear as to who and what will help you get what you want. I offer a free consultation where I will take you through a detailed process of defining your vision, so that you can be confident about the person you hire as your coach.
