What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable according to the job and conditions. I set a flat hourly rate for some jobs plus travel fee, other jobs may be done with a flat rate for the entire job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay current in the computer software developments and am very well versed in Microsoft Office programs. I read many periodicals and view programs to increase my knowledge, stay up to date and well informed of developments in the fields in which I offer my services. I also attend conferences and workshops as available and apropos.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in this field for most of my adult life. I prefer the freedom of making my own choices where employment is concerned so this is a great fit for me.
