I have known Aaron for 5 + years. I've watched his career grow and am very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and excellent people skills (unlike those obnoxious "celebrity chefs" seen on T.V.). Arron has catered holiday meals for my family and is a pleasure to have as part of the celebration. The meals were outstanding ( the family wants to adopt him so he will prepare all our holiday meals). I have also had the opportunity to participate in one of Aaron's cooking classes. I learned things about cooking and preparation that I never imagined. It is amazing what he can do with the simple ingredients found in my kitchen. I strongly recommend taking advantage of Aaron's cooking skills and knowledge. No one will be disappointed; all will be amazed!

Aaron has, on several occasions, planned and prepared meals that were healthy, absolutely delicious and presented artistically. He once prepared a full Thanksgiving meal for 10 guests and it was magical to watch him perform. Out of seemingly nothing he pulled together a beautiful meal that was enjoyed by all. He is a true professional in every sense of the word and it is evident he is passionate about food and cooking.
