responsive, punctual, kind, and overall easy to work with! We hired Charlie to remove a pony wall and he was able to finish the job in less than two days. Charlie even waited almost an hour after he finished so that he can be there in person to answer any questions while we did he final walk through. i'm happy with the quality of work and would hire Charlie and Jasmine again!
