Smithandson is amazing. I had an emergency situation arise on a property Im in the process of closing and Lance responded immediately. He gave me great estimate in hours notice. He is a full service contractor. He has the kind of work ethic that I thought no longer existed until I found him. Im now excited about renovating my new home.
