- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a travel fee for services that are out of my local area. I have discounts for multiple signings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain to customers what is expected and let customers know when I am on my way. I like to be sure that new customers understand the documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a Notary Public since 2003. I also am a licensed mortgage loan office with the NMLS. Therefore, I understand loan documents well.
