My aunt from out of state needed a notary at the last minute for power of attorney documents that needed to be sent to an attorney out of state ASAP. Renee went above and beyond and met us promptly to sign and notarize the documents that quickly were sent FED-EX to the attorney to arrive first thing in the morning. I charge a travel fee for services that are out of my local area. I have discounts for multiple signings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain to customers what is expected and let customers know when I am on my way. I like to be sure that new customers understand the documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a Notary Public since 2003. I also am a licensed mortgage loan office with the NMLS. Therefore, I understand loan documents well.
