- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are 70.00 dollar diagnostic fee, once we find the problem we are flat rate, with this way of pricing we save our customers money. we also offer 20% discount all senior and military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we like to first get info on what problem they are experiencing, then set up a time with a 2hr window to come to site and look at issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 year experience in the heating and air conditioning field, I am trained in energy management as well in all makes and models of equipment. heat pump, gas packs, split systems. all makes and model. we are trained in repair, installation, service. I am a c20 license holder and have worked with federal institutions as well as our local school district.
