- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start off with a base level package that includes 2 camera operators, 3 cameras, 8 hours of shooting, with a highlight film (4-8 minutes in length) delivered via digital download. Rather than build out predefined packages, we over a lengthy A La Carte menu for you to add what services you're most interested in. Examples include: Raw footage, full length ceremony, drone footage, Full speeches/ceremony, etc. Ask us what we can do for you, and we'll be happy to provide an extensive breakdown of our capabilities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a few key steps when working with a new customer: 1. We have a questionnaire that we have filled which provides all the necessary details. 2. We then setup a call to discuss exactly what you're looking for in a wedding video 3. We provide all necessary documentation (price proposal, agreement terms, insurance, etc.) 4. We secure the date 5. We connect with any additional vendors if needed (DJ, wedding planner, etc.) 6. We give a synopsis of the video to ensure we are inline with expectations 7. We prepare and shoot the big day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with video since 2004, and for the first several years I was self taught. I took two years of college courses in video and film, this allowed me to understand the mechanics of image composition, editing, and all of the technical aspects in working with the cameras.
