Knew what needed to be done and got to it. Kept me informed with pictures because I did not want to go up on the roof. He reviewed my options and advised on what he thought I should do. I would use him again if needed and highly recommend him.

Joaquin was very professional and polite. He was able to diagnos the problem and isolate the cause of the roof leak. He was able to explain about the trouble spots on the roof and his solution to repair them. I believe he did a good job at a fair price.
