What a great experience! As a new small business owner doing my self-employed taxes for the first time I feel pretty clueless. In the midst of the Covid shutdown in March, our Law Firm switched billing/timekeeping software and upgraded from QB Desktop to QBO. As the year progressed and we tripled our billing, we realized that something horribly wrong had happened in the migration from desktop to QBO. Michelle is phenomenal. What I thought was a small auditing project was really a three month overhaul of our accounting system - and she handled the challenges with Grace, Professionalism, and a positive, goal-oriented outlook. Working with Michelle these last few months has given me a first-class education in accounting. She is thorough, patient, and listened to the needs of those she is teaching with the honesty and respect you would expect from a true professional. I’m proud to say that I have Michelle and Full Charge on my side in a jam. Your biggest mistake is not calling Full Charge today.

Michelle and Michael were so helpful! I have run my own business for a little over 8 years. During covid I reorganized to a multi member LLC, and with the addition of new members and employees, contracts, and books.   My pricing varies depending on job size & travel. I do offer discounts.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  First a phone conversation then a face to face meeting or video chat meeting to discuss needs and review paperwork and bookkeeping software.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have over 20 years experience working in the industry working for many industry types.
