- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with clients at their office, Consultation is free. I discuss their needs and what they are looking for and expect for their accounting needs. I go over their work and explain up front what to expect from me, time frame of project completion. If this is going to be an ongoing project, I discuss time frame, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc. I also go beyond just my customer's accounting needs and discuss how they can grow their business.
