I was being charged with a DUI with an injury. I was really on the fence about getting a lawyer due to everyone having different opinions about them when it comes to a criminal case. Not only am I glad I got a lawyer, I am glad that I chose Jimmy Cha to represent me. I have heard the horror stories others have had when it comes to lawyers, yet my experience was everything but that. Jimmy was straightforward from the get go. Never promising anything he couldnt do, and ultimately fulfilling his goal that he set from the beginning about my case. I was looking at 6 months in county jail, due to the circumstances of my case. Not only did I not spend one day in jail, I was able to complete community service instead of jail time. The relationships Jimmy has built at North Court in Fullerton allowed him to personally speak on my behave to the district attorney and the Judge about my case. That was ultimately the deciding factor to cut me the deal I got. I would personally recommend Jimmy to represent anyone who gets into trouble, and plan to work with him again to expunge this from my record.
I reached out to Mr. Youngquist regarding a family matter. I hadn't even paid him and he offered to go see my family member that was incarcerated. That meant so much to me. Now days you don't get attorneys who will do that. They want the money first. We are still working with him and we feel that he will put all he has into our situation. I would recommend Mr. Youngquist to anyone who is in need of a criminal defense attorney.
James Gandy represented me in a criminal case that started last year. When I contacted Mr. Gandy I have already hired another attorney. Once I spoke to him on the phone and then met him in person I decided to switch attorneys. He didnt promise me an easy way out of my case, but he promised to work hard and do the best he can to improve my legal position. I was facing a tough prosecutor demanding I served 6 month in county jail. Mr. Gandy helped me reduce the sentence to 90 days and serve it in pay to stay facility which help me keep my job and maintain some freedom throughout this difficult times. In my view he is a great attorney, work hard on my behalf and provided me with constant communication throughout the ongoing case. He is very honest and I felt safe knowing he will do what he can for me as a client. I am very confident recommending him and am sure he is the right attorney for you as well
I was out with friends about 6 months ago and had a bit too much to drink and ended up in a car accident. I have never been in trouble with the law before and this was a very scary thing for me, especially since I work on a governmental job and having that on my record could be detrimental to my career. Mr. Pilato understood my predicament and him and the investigator he work with was able to throughly investigate the situation and also brought several experts witnesses to testify during the trial. Long story short he was able to get me an acquittal. Also, he is available at all times and made sure I understood everything that was going on throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends if they ever need a criminal lawyer. Joseph Ramirez
Brad Jensen worked as one of four full time members of the Los Angeles District Attorneys Office who helped actually convict the Menendez Brothers for the shotgun killings of their parents. He is very good with judges, prosecutors, court staff, witnesses and anyone in a position to help him help you get the best possible plea bargain or result. He has helped me and many others who I have referred to him regardless of the criminal charge he is an attorney you want by your side.
Ese is one of the sharpest criminal defense lawyers you will find here in Los Angeles. He is not only very personable, but super knowledgable in criminal law and civil rights. I was looking for a lawyer that would devote 100% of his energy to my case. He gave me 110% and after a long and explosive trial that we just wrapped up, the court read back the NOT GUILTY verdicts I was hoping for! The level of stress one goes through trying to find the right lawyer can be overwhelming. I knew I found the right lawyer after my first meeting with him. I highly recommend the Omofoma Law Firm.
Sharon acted quickly getting my case on calendar moments after I called her... She is super sweet look forward to refer her to everyone I know
I was falsely accused of Battery on a female and a (technically true) Retraining Order Violation and subsequent Probation Violation by my ex-wife. I had initially retained another lawyer, and quickly realized that she wasn't going to be able to help someone suffering from the degree of manipulation I was dealing with. In a previous episode with the same woman, I lost custody of three children for having admittedly poured about 2 or 3 ounces of beer on her hair. In that instance I was arrested for Domestic Violence and made the horrendous mistake of talking to the police ( I had NO idea it was illegal) and pleading guilty. The loss of custody emotionally and financially devastated me and I was in the process of losing my house, job and security clearance (along with my dignity and self respect for a period of time) as a direct result. My now Ex-wife wanted to reconcile and I eventually gave that a chance. When I saw it going wrong (She wants a child of her own, and mine are not welcome in "her" house) I asked her to go back to her apartment and life, so she lied (AGAIN) and had me arrested falsely claiming I kicked and hit her. When I met Ray Dinari I was in court firing my previous attorney and asking for a PD. The judge essentially insisted that I speak to his Panel Attorney Ray, and that was the best thing that's happened to me since my nightmare began. In a matter of days, the Battery charge was dropped before I even got to court, Ray had followed up very thoroughly with the investigator and prosecutor, and the probation violation and restraining order violation penalties had been reduced from 20 days of Cal Trans and two convictions to one minor infraction and my original probation will soon be dropped and original conviction expunged! I have now regained my dignity and self-respect, a fighting chance to regain my security clearance, keep my job and home, and regain custody of my children! My life may not be completely restored, but I'm far better off than I could ever have imagined. After many bad experiences in custody court I had become very, very bitterly discouraged with many aspects of our legal system, Ray's integrity, honesty and effectiveness has restored a tremendous amount of faith in our legal system for me.
John was a total pro. Stayed in contact at every turn and made it easy to get through the process.

Wilkerson & Mulligan are a skilled and dedicated criminal defense attorney team. If you or someone you love is in trouble, call for a free initial consultation. Being charged with a crime, whether you are guilty or innocent, is probably the worst thing that has happened to you in your life. All criminal charges carry the potential for loss of freedom, deportation, loss of professional licenses, and heavy fines. This is aside from the public humiliation you may find after seeing your name in the newspaper or sitting as a defendant at a jury trial. You need a lawyer that can handle your case with skill and creativity, as well as an individual that will seek to preserve your humanity and treat you with respect and dignity, without consideration of the charges. Wilkerson & Mulligan have handled cases from homicide to child molestation to the smallest of municipal code infractions, while treating all of their clients with dignity and respect. Forest Wilkerson often says that the prosecution is ready to judge people by the worst day or the worst event in their life, but people are so much more than that one day of their life, or one moment. Recognizing this very different perspective of humanity, Forest fights to make the prosecution understand that we should not be judged by that one moment, but by all of the great moments that we have as individuals. She will fight to show why each person deserves a second chance, or a second look, for all your virtue. Prosecutors have said that when Forest is assigned to a case, it makes a difference, because she makes them work, and work hard. Let her work for you. Forest is well-known and widely respected in the local legal community. Her skills as a lawyer have resulted in recognition as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in the Coachella Valley by Palm Springs Life Magazine. Joshua Mulligan joined with Forest Wilkerson on August 22, and we changed our name to Wilkerson & Mulligan. Josh brings almost 9 years of experience in criminal law to the practice. Josh is a graduate of Cornell Law School, one of the top 10 law schools in the nation. Transparency, Attorney, Loyalty, Communication ("TALC") These four words are the foundation for our law firm. Year after year, we would hear about lawyers who promised prospective clients unrealistic results to obtain their business, and then overcharge fees for work performed by law clerks and paralegals. To make matters worse, during the pendency of the legal matter, these attorneys would consistently fail to communicate with their clients about the details of their transaction or lawsuit while working to ensure that their self-interests were met. As a result of these unprofessional practices, we formed a law firm centered on the relationship with the client. Benner Kim LLP's primary focus is on creating ongoing, long-term relationships with our clients. We believe that legal counsel based on candor and trust is the only way that you can truly achieve your goals and objectives. To learn more about our philosophy, contact us via our website or call us, and let's TALC.
