Noe did a wonderful job for my parents in Moreno Valley. Communication was great, showed up on time. Showed us exactly what the issue was and my parents are now not burning up in their home. If you need HVAC maintenance you cannot go wrong with Good Faith Heating and Cooling! Great Job!!

Noe responded immediately and diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it on the spot because he had the part on hand. Well priced service and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Noe came out at the end of May to troubleshoot the unit in our downstairs suite, it would not turn off. Successfully diagnosed it as a broken motor and ordered a new one. Had to then come back and finish the install job once received from manufacturer. Highly efficient and organized, he swapped them out in less than the 2 hours estimated. Strongly recommend Good Faith to anyone and everyone looking for HVAC help! Noe’s rates are fair and he is extremely professional and neat/clean about his work. He went above and beyond for us as customers in tracking down this extremely uncommon motor and contacting numerous distributors. Communication is outstanding - always kept us in the loop with consistent updates. If you want a company that is honest and trustworthy definitely use Good Faith! Perfect example of why small business > big business…thank you Noe for treating us valued customers, we appreciate it and look forward to using you for any future HVAC work/maintenance (review has also been posted on Google Reviews).

It was a wonderful experience working with Noe on the project. He was on time, very clear on the codes, and provided clarification on what was the best product for the house as well as very meticulous with the repair.I would go again with Noe for any repairs or replacement of a condenser or heater.
