- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally price per job due to that not every situation is the same. Also I confident with my skill and can be in and out of a customers faster than most companies which saves the home owner $.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel the face to face quotes are better and help home owner feel my at ease with Thier decision to hire. I also like to give the owner as much information so they can make an educated decision and feel comfortable with that decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I not only hold an C-36 but I also have obtained Journeyman certificate from PHCC !
