Introduction: I thoroughly enjoy helping others find and achieve their passions. As a design graduate, well versed in design thinking, with an MBA from UVA's DaMoving with Momentum Envision spending your time just honing your product and selling to your target customers. A good business manager will ensure you have that time to focus. There are various tasks that enjoy being the bottleneck: organizing meetings and events, managing relationships, keeping your website current, dealing with paperwork, finding and equipping office space, executing on marketing plans, researching opportunities, outreaching to your community, creating pitches, etc. Of course, you could do all these tasks yourself but why? You could have a re-launching MBA (and others) as support handling your day-to-day business tasks on a contract or hourly basis freeing you to do what you love, building your venture. Moving with Momentum.rden School of Business, my career has taken an interesting and varied path. Since earning my masters, I started two small businesses, sold multi-million dollar properties, created and built support for music, theater, and language programs, produced countless events, and was a team player in attempting a re-start of an insurance brokerage. At the same time, I raised two "digital natives"; a talented multimedia journalist and her younger brother, an intense gaming technologist. As a recent empty nester, I can now focus on helping you and your company be the best it can be by taking care of the projects that get in the way of founders improving product and gaining customers. As Mihály Csíkszentmihályi puts it, we will allow your team to be constantly in the flow, letting members be focused on nothing but building the core of your company: product and customer.
