Adam was Awesome, Honest and Efficient. He is a Man who has love and passion for his craft. He told me how much it would be after I posted what the problem was. He didn't try to rip me off with those expensive diagnostics and crazy games people play trying to take all of your money. As a single Mom I thank God that there are still people with INTEGRITY left in this world. I had another company who came out and told me I needed a whole new system. I thank God for Adam and his company Planet Cool Breeze. He changed my wiring that my dog chewed up and added something to make the air cooler. You are what I prayed for and God sent you. I put out a bid for service on a Sunday evening because our home A/C stopped working and was only blowing warm air. I listed my specifics on "Thumbtack" and put the bid for service out. Within about 3 mins., Adam replied back with a quick yet detailed idea of what he thought might be the problem with my unit. He gave a bid and stated his intentions. I needed him to be out first thing in the morning due to work in the afternoon and he showed up at 7:30 a.m. on the dot as I requested. Adam was polite and genuine. He immediately went to assess the situation with the A/C unit and allowed me to stand by and watch all his actions. He diagnosed the problem immediately and showed me what had failed in the unit (I am semi-technical and he still was very remedial and explanatory with his assessments). He removed the damaged capacitors and had the necessary replacement parts in his van and fixed the entire problem in under half an hour (exactly as he had described to me he thought might be wrong in his initial bid response)! He even made sure to get out his tools and gauges to make sure all of the refrigerant fluids were where they needed to be and he did not charge me a single penny above his initial bid! Highly happy with his work, demeanor, and attitude which was one of caring and genuine concern to just get the unit back on-line and cooling the house once again as soon as possible for me and my family! Highly recommend to any/all potential customers going forward as I already explained to Adam he was now on my A-List as an exclusive vendor for my A/C going forward! Thanks Adam for being an honest, hard-working businessman who truly gets it!
