- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive - I will give your pet/pets much love & safety while in my care. I am quick to spot a deviation in behavior or possible medical issue. My focus is your pet/pets well being, putting them at ease, happy comfortable on my watch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet & Greet, a set of forms I designed to make it simple for my clients to tell me about their pets. Special needs, allergies, medications, daily schedule & so much more. I also ask for most recent Vax records & other pertinent information from the DVM of record. Most importantly I sit down & get to know the pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years as a Veterinary Assistant, much course work for CE credits. Pet CPR, Pet First Aid. I carry an emergency first aid bag in my car.
