(Unfortunately, I'm only allowed 3 out of 5 metrics for this review, otherwise I would have selected "punctuality" and "responsiveness", as well.) We contracted for a 2-head unit mini split system purchase and installation. From initial contact to the completed install, we received top tier service. Chris' crew were on time, professional, and very respectful of the property. They delivered a functioning system in less time than originally promised. Chris, as the PM, was present for the initial walk-thru as well as at the conclusion of the project. He remained in contact via text as needed. All in all , this was a pleasant experience. I would call them again and have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers alike. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for your HVAC needs. Solid equipment, competitive pricing, and professional service. Rather than Home Depot or Costco, I would suggest going through AirTron. I have nothing but good things to say about them."See more

The water heater is in the basement and I live on a hill so this flume went on for about 20 feet and you needed a ladder to get to it. I talked to a few plumbers and HVAC guys, two flat out refused to work on it saying it wasn't worth their time.Luis took a look gave me a reasonable quote and his guys got to work quickly.Miguel and Reyes did the job in one afternoon and didn't even leave a trace of dirt behind. Even my wife who is picky was impressed at how clean they left their work area. It's hard to find quality service companies in the Bay Area Luis and his team are that hard to find company."See more
