(Unfortunately, I'm only allowed 3 out of 5 metrics for this review, otherwise I would have selected "punctuality" and "responsiveness", as well.) We contracted for a 2-head unit mini split system purchase and installation. From initial contact to the completed install, we received top tier service. Chris' crew were on time, professional, and very respectful of the property. They delivered a functioning system in less time than originally promised. Chris, as the PM, was present for the initial walk-thru as well as at the conclusion of the project. He remained in contact via text as needed. All in all , this was a pleasant experience. I would call them again and have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers alike. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for your HVAC needs. Solid equipment, competitive pricing, and professional service. Rather than Home Depot or Costco, I would suggest going through AirTron. I have nothing but good things to say about them."See more

There was an issue with the existing level hight of the condensate drain line which they diagnosed and corrected as one would naturally expect, but what was surprising to me was that, they did not build me for the installation work until all was corrected and working 100%. Something rare these days, and it speaks about standing behind one's work. The system gas been running well for about a month or two."See more
