- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most clients who come to me want social media but are not technically savvy, are too busy to get it started and overwhelmed by the process. They are unsure how to use Twitter, Facebook Page, Linkedin, Pinterest, and Video. If they have social profiles set up, I do the following: - assess and make recommendations to improve their online presence by optimizing it with keyword descriptions - I create a blueprint/roadmap of the foundation set up, such as consistent branded pages (Twitter, Facebook Page Timeline, LinkedIn Company page banner, etc.); - submit their social profiles to online directories so they can get found as well as seek, find and follow people - Kickstart their social media presence with content publishing from various resources (blogs, articles) - Educate and Train on each channel, social media dashboard, and offer visual examples of how to engage on each channel, what tools to use each week for analytics, content curation, and how to measure their results - Help set up a Wordpress website or blog and train on how to write a blog, upload a video and/or photo, how to maintain it. - Create local presence if their business is a public entity like a restaurant, spa, doctors office; if you're a professional, I will offer ideas and suggestions for blogging, video, and syndication to sites where your content gets seen by a number of people If you are someone who is rather new to social media: I set up optimized profiles I add (integrate) your profiles to a social media management dashboard I teach you the in's and out's of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Video etc. What to do , What NOT to do, How to find great content and publish it to your social sites; how to create awareness to your profiles thru engagement activities I will give you a social media booklet containing all your account info, how they are integrated with tools, a list of tools to use for each channel and a spreadsheet outlining what to do daily, weekly, and monthly. I offer comprehensive overview of the social media and online marketing landscape, how to build a platform that supports your goals and objectives, that is an extension of you, your brand/products/services. I am also an advisor and idea generator helping you come up with content, videos, audio; become a speaker, and how to stand out online. I do more, but you have to talk to me and let me give you an educational presentation that will WOW you and inspire you!
