So it’s that time of the year where the heater needs to be on full blast, but unfortunately, I was having a difficult getting my heater to kick and blow out hot air. Having no idea what I was doing or what was wrong I needed help QUICK. Josiah was super friendly and helpful and came and got straight to it. He inspected my unit and found what was wrong and quoted me a reasonable price for a small fix (thermostat issue). My heater is working fine and no new issues have occurred!!
