Strengths: speed of work and clean installation Weakness: Project management and professionalism The team was not as professional as I would have expected from a reputed company. The PM and electrician doing my job did not communicate well with me and diverted from the quoted job on their own without notifying myself or getting my approval. I provided them with ample documentation and links to the heat pump water heater I was installing and the electricity requirements for it. It was clear to me that neither gentlemen spent the appropriate time to actually review the documentation and ultimately installed the wrong cabling and circuit for brand new my water heater which could have damaged it. I also don't understand why both of them consistently asked me/my plumber what should be installed when they are the professionals that I should be trusting to do the job right. Apart from the handling of the project itself, the electrician did a clean job of installation.
