They were great. O responded immediately, and made himself available to come by within the hour. Price was marginally higher than what was quoted due to the need to make new keys rather than just replacing them. The lock was 30+ year old and required special rework, but he brought it back to his office and found the right materials to get our door working again with a new set of keys, with no additional upcharge. Took the time to explain additional options when I inquired, and he was nice enough to offer more budget friendly solutions, when I inquired about ways to save $. Good listener, fast worker, and not pushy about upsells. We'll be interested in hiring this company again for any future work, or when we decide to upgrade our lock.
