- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did the tutorials and tests for the 2007 versions of the following Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint. On those tests I got 100% correction on one, 93% correct on two and 97% correct on two. Recently I did the tutorials and tests for the 2010 versions of Word and Excel got 100% correct on the tests for both of those programs. I used the 1997, 2000 and 2003 versions of those programs from 1997 to 2012.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in High School I discovered that I could type fast and accurately and have gotten most of my jobs over the past 3 decades because I could type faster and more accurately than the other people who applied for the same jobs.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was a Senior Word Processor for 16 years at Quest Diagnostics Clinical Trials that used to be called SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories. Before that I was a Word Processor and Tape Transcriber for Legalgard, Inc. from 1991 to 1994.
